Non Vendere o Condividere i Miei Dati Personali
Effective: March 2026
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199
1. Our Commitment
GIORIZZ S.r.l. does not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”, Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199).
We publish this page in the interest of full transparency and to ensure that California residents are clearly informed of their rights. Because we do not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information, no opt-out action is required to protect your data from those activities. This page also describes how we honour the Global Privacy Control signal and how you may exercise your broader CCPA/CPRA rights.
2. What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean Under CCPA
Under CCPA/CPRA, “sale” means disclosing or making available personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary consideration or other valuable consideration (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ad)(1)).
“Sharing” means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising, whether or not any money changes hands (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ah)).
GIORIZZ does not engage in either activity. We disclose personal information only to service providers and contractors who process it strictly on our behalf and solely for the purposes we specify. Our sub-processors — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database infrastructure), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (security) — are bound by contractual obligations that prohibit them from using your data for their own commercial purposes. None of these arrangements constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
The table below lists the categories of personal information we collect, along with our current practice regarding sale and sharing for each category.
For a full description of our data processing practices, including the purposes and legal bases for each category, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid and enforceable opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information, in accordance with CPRA regulations and the California Attorney General’s CCPA regulations, Section 999.315(d).
When our platform detects a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. No further action is required on your part. The signal is processed automatically and applies to the browser and device from which it is sent.
Because GIORIZZ does not currently sell or share personal information, enabling GPC will not change how your data is processed in practice — your information is already protected. We nonetheless recognise GPC as a legally significant signal and will continue to honour it as our data practices evolve.
For more information on GPC and how to enable it in your browser, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
California residents have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA with respect to their personal information:
- Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, our business purposes, and the third parties with whom we have shared it.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — as described on this page, we do not sell or share your personal information. No opt-out action is required, but you may submit a request to confirm our practices.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — request that we restrict our use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation and accessibility data) to purposes strictly necessary to provide the services you have requested.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any of the rights described above.
To submit a request, please use one of the following methods:
- Online: Data Request Form
- Email: info@giorizz.com
Identity verification. To protect your personal information, we verify your identity before processing any rights request. Verification may require you to confirm details associated with your account (such as your email address or booking reference). If you submit a request through an authorised agent, additional verification steps apply (see Section 6).
Response time. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar daysof receipt. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to a maximum of 90 calendar days in total) and the reason for the delay.
6. Authorised Agents
California residents may designate an authorised agent to submit CCPA/CPRA requests on their behalf. To do so, the authorised agent must provide one of the following:
- A written, signed authorisation from the consumer designating the agent to act on their behalf; or
- A valid power of attorney executed pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000–4465.
Even where a valid authorisation or power of attorney is provided, we reserve the right to verify the consumer’s identity directly to ensure the request is legitimate and to protect against fraudulent requests. We will not deny a request solely because it is submitted by an authorised agent, provided the required documentation has been furnished.
Authorised agent requests should be directed to info@giorizz.com with the subject line “CCPA Authorised Agent Request.”
