Twenty minutes through the Iblean countryside, ending with the hairpin descent into the old town.

Accessibility — Step-free access available on request with 48 hours' notice. Noto is the most step-free of the three towns; Modica Alta and Ragusa Ibla involve stairs that are difficult to bypass — viewpoint stops accessible by car can be arranged.
Ages — Suitable from age 10. Younger guests welcome at concierge discretion; the day involves roughly four hours of walking split across the three towns.
- Comfortable shoes with grip — Modica involves a 250-step climb to the Duomo and Ragusa Ibla is on a slope.
- Shoulders and knees covered for cathedral entry; a light scarf is enough in summer.
- Lunch is not included by default — add the lunch reservation at booking so the timing fits before the chocolate tasting.
- The Bonajuto tasting uses dark chocolate (70-90%); milk-chocolate substitutions on request.
- Photography inside the cathedrals is permitted without flash; no tripods.
- Extended 10-12h itinerary on request for late-afternoon Ragusa Ibla sunset.
